TIM WILLIAMS
Tim is a fourth-generation Floridian with decades of leadership experience in agriculture, nonprofit management, economic development, and real estate. As a former award-winning farm owner and FSA Board Member, Tim also chaired Le Jardin Community Centers, where he led a major expansion that became a national model for Head Start programs. In Homestead, he played a critical role in post-Hurricane Andrew recovery, partnering with Landstar Development to create over 9,000 residential units and 450 acres of commercial property, helping stabilize the city's finances and drive major infrastructure growth.
Since relocating to North Florida in 2004, Tim has continued his work in real estate, land development, and public service, including leadership roles with the Suwannee County Development Authority and the City of Live Oak CRA. He most recently served as Regional Land Acquisition Manager for Century Complete, securing nearly 1,000 lots across North Florida. Today, Tim partners with Dylan Adams to deliver strategic site selection, entitlement consulting, and development services to address the region’s critical housing needs.
